We now use the larger of the two halls available at the church so there will be plenty of room for all. As per earlier emails the date set for the battle is Tuesday the 12th of November 2019.
The doors will be open from 7.00 for a 7.30 start. The judge for the evening is Howard Toll who I am sure your members will be aware of. We are not proposing any major changes to the format for the evening, images from each club to be provide in JPEG format and sRGB colour space and sized to 1600 x 1200 the now standard format of images submitted to the YPU and PAGB. We hope you are in agreement with this. Each club to submit 3 x Nature images; 3 x Architecture/Record images and 10 x General images. The attached titles, author and score sheet to be completed and returned with your images. These to be sent to me via Wetransfer for preference. If you could make sure they arrive by Monday the 4th of November that would be appreciated.
